KGS is a permanent consortium, a container of know-how, experience, a laboratory for development and entrepreneurial innovation aimed at promoting and increasing the soundness of the associated companies: improving the quality of life of the shareholders, employees, customers and suppliers. ITALCAPPA COOPERATIVA SOCIALE and AGS ITALIA, two Pesaro businesses operating in the world of services to public administrations: the first is a well-known player in the world of co-operation, with particular attention to socially useful services and insertion of underprivileged persons in the working community; the second is instead an entrepreneurial activity aimed at innovations in IT and territorial engineering. After ten years in the market of public services, a lucky meeting of the respective managements and above all an intelligent analysis of the potentiality that would have resulted from the sum of the two competences, produced a synergic strategy of alliance between the two companies. In November 2008, KGS was born. A permanent consortium that has become the container of the two know-hows, that represents the fusion of competence, a laboratory of entrepreneurial development and innovation, oriented towards the creation of Value, conferring security and soundness on the associated companies, improving the quality of life of the co-operative shareholders, all the employees in the entire Group, the entire network of customers and suppliers, with the aim of becoming a real factor of benefit for the entire region. Over time, other companies have entered the Consortium, the two most recent being KING followed by SEDA and Se.Ba. In october 2011 Consorzio Stabile KGS changed in Gruppo KGS Spa.
